Favouritism among Students at school

 

Why it's common and normalised in every school? Making a particular student their favourite kid just because he is obedient , scoring higher , good looking , wealthy background isn't fair. 

Kids feeling happy when a teacher praise them. But some teachers used to call and ask some particular kids. It makes other kids feeling down . Sometimes the kid who isn't popular at class room will have a better future in non academic field.

Not all the teachers ,but there are teachers who always blame some kids without even knowing the real reason why they behave unfavorable. Just because the kid they like complaints. 

Teachers these days motivate and keep extra classes only for the kids who perform well at the class. Not the one who is poor in studies. I wonder the kid who is poor in studies need more attention than the one who studies well . At least teachers can help them pass with border line. 

The one who studies well scores more and more while the kid who is poor In Studies leave behind. A teacher is responsible for the whole class. There may be parents who are not educated, they might not know how to teach them , but they sending their kids trusting that the teacher and the school will do it.

 

But just because of the favouritism of the teachers at school never make any difference. 

The kid who isn't interested in studies may be talented in singing, but teachers name their favourite kids name for the cultural events at school without even keep a selection.

They can make a future for the kid who is poor at studies in their ability. It can be music , sports , dancing, or painting. Becoming a doctor a teacher an engineer isn't only life. 

Sometimes the poor student at school may become a entrepreneur to help many kids to study by spending money on them . Don't judg any kids for their background, parents or their poor performance at school. 

Teachers should be an example and inspiration for their students. That's why most of the kids hate their teachers, for spoiling their future, forcing only to study. 

Parents here should support and motivate their kids in such situations. Do your works on time you will do your best. I'm here for you to help, no Matter who dislikes you. Hugs will heal them . Motivate them to study and the society will give you the right place. Getting likes from giving material things is cheap . If the kids perform well at school atleast try everyone will follow them .
